2- Games you suggest should suit the restrictions of the Scratch. Scratch is NOT Unity.
3- Unity is basically a learning platform. So you should expect learning level game production.
4- If it is possible, I will use game assets from the www.kenny.nl website.
I will deliver your game as a downloaded game file that includes all game assets and game code.
